TERMS & CONDITIONS

• AstroPine's account-based and paid consultation services shall ordinarily be available only to users who are 18 years of age or above.
• A user registering on AstroPine must provide accurate and genuine information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts.

AstroPine may provide services including:

Availability of individual services may change from time to time.

AstroPine may provide access to approved astrologers or consultants.

Astrologers may use their own professional knowledge, experience, methodologies and interpretations while providing consultations.

AstroPine may establish eligibility, verification and conduct requirements for astrologers, but the existence of an astrologer on the Platform does not amount to a guarantee that every interpretation or prediction made by that astrologer will be accurate.

Astrologers will separately be governed by the Astrologer Registration Policy and Astrologer Agreement/Policy.

Users must provide reasonably accurate information where necessary for the requested service, particularly information such as date, time and place of birth.

Users shall NOT:

• Create accounts using false identities;
• Misuse another person's account;
• Harass, threaten or abuse astrologers, staff or other users;
• Attempt fraud or unauthorised payments;
• Interfere with the security or operation of AstroPine;
• Upload unlawful or malicious material;
• Use AstroPine for illegal purposes;
• Copy or commercially exploit protected AstroPine content without permission; or
• Attempt to obtain an astrologer's personal contact information for improper purposes.

AstroPine may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of serious or repeated misuse, subject to applicable law and Platform procedures.

Paid consultations may be charged according to the price displayed on AstroPine before the user confirms the transaction.

Charges may be calculated:

• Per minute;
• Per session;
• Per report; or
• According to another clearly displayed pricing model.

The applicable price should be shown before payment or commencement of the paid service. Any applicable taxes or charges will also be disclosed as required.

Payments may be processed through an authorised third-party payment gateway selected by Krishanambari Ventures LLP.

The payment gateway's own terms may also apply to payment processing. Users must use authorised and lawful payment methods.

AstroPine may maintain transaction records necessary for accounting, support, refunds, dispute resolution and compliance.

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by AstroPine's separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

That policy explains situations such as:

• Failed or duplicate payments;
• Consultation not provided;
• Technical failures;
• Cancellation of booked sessions; and
• Refund processing timelines.

AstroPine may publish astrological observations concerning elections, political leaders, governments, political developments, governance cycles, and geopolitical events.

Such content represents astrological interpretation and analysis, not a statement of guaranteed future outcome.

Political content should not be presented as official information from any government, political party, election authority or public institution unless expressly identified and sourced as such.

Astrological calculations depend on information supplied by the user and the calculation methods/software used.

Incorrect birth date, birth time, birth place or other input may produce different results. Users are responsible for checking the information they submit.

Where technically feasible, users will be given an opportunity to review important birth details before generating a paid report.

Unless otherwise stated, AstroPine's original website design, logo, branding, written content, reports, graphics, videos, research, and software elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may use content for personal non-commercial purposes as permitted by the Platform but may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.

If AstroPine permits reviews, comments, questions or other user submissions, users remain responsible for what they submit.

Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, obscene, privacy-invasive or infringe third-party rights.

AstroPine reserves the right to moderate or remove content according to Platform rules and applicable law.

AstroPine may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, video/calling technology, maps, analytics, cloud infrastructure, or social-media platforms.

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

AstroPine may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for reasons including:

• Fraud or unlawful conduct;
• Payment abuse or chargeback fraud;
• Harassment of astrologers or users;
• Security threats or system interference; or
• Material or repeated violation of these Terms.

AstroPine will endeavour to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, internet/network failures, third-party outages, technical problems or events beyond reasonable control.

Where a paid service fails due to technical errors, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will govern remedial entitlements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroPine and Krishanambari Ventures LLP shall not be responsible for losses arising merely because a user relied upon an astrological prediction or interpretation as a guaranteed outcome.

Collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by AstroPine's separate Privacy Policy.

India's digital-data framework includes the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and notified DPDP Rules, 2025, with provisions subject to their applicable commencement schedule.

AstroPine may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of new services, legal/regulatory requirements, security changes, or payment-system updates.

The latest version will always display its Last Updated date. Material changes will be communicated to users where required.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

For disputes subject to contractual jurisdiction, the courts having jurisdiction over Krishanambari Ventures LLP's registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and mandatory statutory laws.
