AstroPine – Beyond The Verse | Operated by Krishanambari Ventures LLP
An Astrologer may provide paid services only after completing AstroPine's applicable onboarding, verification and approval process. This includes identity/KYC verification, assessment, verification of professional info, payout details, and acceptance of this Agreement.
Approval does not create an unconditional or permanent right to remain listed on AstroPine.
Unless separately agreed in writing, an Astrologer provides services through AstroPine as an independent professional/service provider and not as an employee, partner or agent of Krishanambari Ventures LLP. The Astrologer has no authority to create obligations on behalf of AstroPine.
The Astrologer shall provide services only in categories approved for their profile, including Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Vastu, Palmistry, Prashna/Horary, Matchmaking, Panchang/Muhurat, Political Astrology, Financial/Market Astrology, World Events, etc.
Services may be provided through Chat, Audio call, Video call, Scheduled consultation, Written reports, and other Platform-supported modes while complying with technical and operational standards.
Consultation charges shall be determined and displayed according to AstroPine's applicable pricing structure. The Astrologer shall not demand any unauthorised additional payment from users.
Astrologer earnings arise only from successfully completed and eligible paid services. The Platform may adjust amounts relating to valid refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or statutory deductions.
The default payout cycle is daily closing at 12:00 midnight (IST). Astrologers may also request alternative payout schedules (Weekly / 15 Days / Monthly) subject to Platform approval. Payments are made only to verified payout bank accounts.
AstroPine may temporarily hold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, refund disputes, suspicious transactions, user complaints, or KYC discrepancies pending investigation.
The Astrologer shall provide PAN and bank details. TDS and GST treatment shall be handled in compliance with Indian tax laws.
The Astrologer shall behave professionally, respectfully, and honestly. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited.
The Astrologer shall not promise guaranteed outcomes concerning marriage, pregnancy, employment, health, litigation, or investments. Astrology is interpretation and guidance, not an infallible guarantee.
Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or regulated financial advice. Astrologers must not claim to be doctors, lawyers, or certified investment advisers.
Market-related astrology must be presented strictly as educational commentary. Guaranteeing stock-market profits or trading returns is prohibited.
Astrological commentary on elections, weather, earthquakes, or world events must not be presented as guaranteed facts, official alerts, or emergency safety warnings.
User birth data, personal circumstances, and consultation details must be kept strictly confidential and never published or misused.
Astrologers shall not solicit or induce AstroPine users to take consultations off-platform.
All payments for consultations originating through AstroPine must be processed exclusively through the Platform.
Private consultations must not be recorded, screenshotted, downloaded, or distributed without legal authorization.
During association, the Astrologer shall not simultaneously provide paid consultations on another competing online astrology platform without prior written permission (subject to Section 27 of Indian Contract Act). Breach may carry contractual compensation up to ₹10,000.
Astrologers shall not publish false, defamatory, or misleading statements about AstroPine or Krishanambari Ventures LLP on social media or public forums. Established breach carries contractual compensation up to ₹50,000 under Section 74 of Indian Contract Act.
Astrologers shall not use fear or manipulation to force users to buy gemstones, pujas, or remedies.
Purchasing fake reviews, fabricating consultations, or manipulating rating algorithms is strictly forbidden.
AstroPine investigates frozen accounts to distinguish malicious/fake negative reviews from genuine quality violations. Compliant accounts are restored promptly.
AstroPine reserves the right to freeze accounts involving fraudulent transactions, client diversion, data misuse, or security breaches.
Profile information, photo, qualifications, and experience must remain truthful and up-to-date.
AstroPine branding, logo, UI, AI digital characters, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Krishanambari Ventures LLP.
The Astrologer grants AstroPine permission to display their approved profile, photo, and bio for platform operation and promotional marketing.
User complaints against astrologers are investigated objectively, with clear opportunities for explanation.
If a consultation fails due to astrologer absence or failure to deliver service, refund amounts may be deducted from eligible earnings.
An Astrologer wishing to terminate association must provide 30 days prior written notice. Legitimate outstanding earnings will be settled after closure.
AstroPine may terminate association for material violations including fraud, forged documents, client diversion, or unethical behavior.
AstroPine may update terms to reflect legal or operational changes, notifying astrologers of material updates.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Final court jurisdiction applies per Krishanambari Ventures LLP statutory registration.
