Astrologer Registration Policy

An applicant should:

• Ordinarily be at least 18 years of age;
• Possess genuine knowledge, experience or demonstrable competence in the astrology/consultation field selected by them;
• Provide true and verifiable information during registration;
• Possess valid identity and other documents required for verification;
• Be legally capable of providing the proposed services; and
• Agree to AstroPine's applicable policies and verification process.

Depending upon services available on the Platform, applicants may apply under one or more approved categories, such as:

An applicant may be required to provide:

• Full legal name & Display/professional name
• Date of birth, Mobile number & Email address
• Current address & Profile photograph
• Languages known & Areas of expertise
• Years of experience & Short professional biography
• Educational/professional qualifications & Astrology certifications
• Previous professional experience & Relevant social media details

Only information reasonably required for onboarding, verification and operation of the Platform should be collected.

Applicants may be required to submit appropriate identity/KYC documents, such as:

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar or another acceptable identity document
• Address proof, where required
• Bank / payout details during or after approval
• Recent photograph

A formal astrology degree need not automatically be mandatory for every category, unless AstroPine decides otherwise for a specific service.

AstroPine evaluates applicants based on a combination of practical knowledge, demonstrated skills, experience, certifications, consultation ability, and communication skills.

AstroPine may conduct an evaluation process including:

• Online, telephone or video interview
• Written assessment & practical chart-reading test
• Sample consultation or subject-specific test

For example, applicants under Political or Market Astrology will be assessed specifically in that domain.

Applicants should clearly mention the languages in which they can comfortably provide consultations.

An astrologer must communicate professionally and should not intentionally misrepresent their language proficiency or area of expertise.

After approval, AstroPine may display professional name, photograph, expertise, experience, languages, availability, consultation charges, and biography on the public Platform.

AstroPine may edit formatting, grammar, or presentation for consistency without misrepresenting qualifications.

All information submitted by an applicant must be truthful. Applicants must not falsely claim degrees, awards, years of experience, celebrity clients, media appearances, or prediction records.

Applicants should NOT rely upon or promise guaranteed-outcome claims such as:

Astrology consultation does not qualify an astrologer to provide regulated medical, legal, or investment advice unless independently licensed under law.

Astrology commentary on financial markets must never be represented as guaranteed investment advice.

AstroPine expects professional, ethical behavior. Astrologers must not promote fear, threats, exploitation of vulnerable users, abusive conduct, or coercive practices.

Where reasonably required, AstroPine may conduct background checks or additional verification consistent with applicable data privacy laws.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. AstroPine may approve, seek additional info, conduct further assessment, hold pending, or reject applications based on onboarding standards.

Applications may be rejected for false information, forged documents, failed assessment, misleading claims, or operational concerns.

Registration approval does not create an employer-employee relationship with Krishanambari Ventures LLP. Relationship will be governed by independent consultant agreements.

Before service activation, approved astrologers will accept/execute the comprehensive Astrologer Agreement covering payouts, consultation rules, confidentiality, and platform conduct.

Applicant information and KYC documents are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized onboarding personnel in accordance with AstroPine Privacy Policy.

AstroPine reserves the right to modify registration criteria to reflect operational, safety, or legal updates.
