USER REGISTRATION POLICY

A person must ordinarily be 18 years of age or above to create an AstroPine account and independently purchase paid consultation services. By registering, the User confirms that the information provided is true and they are legally capable of accepting terms.

AstroPine requests necessary information including Full name, Mobile number, Email address, Date of birth, Gender, and City/Country. For astrology consultations, exact time and place of birth may be requested separately.

AstroPine verifies mobile numbers and emails via OTP or verification link. Users must not register using credentials or identities they are not authorised to use.

Users are responsible for supplying accurate birth parameters. AstroPine and Astrologers cannot be held responsible for calculation differences arising from incorrect user input.

Users must keep login credentials and OTPs confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, users must notify support and resecure credentials immediately.

Fake accounts, review manipulation, promotional abuse, harassment, or circumvention of restrictions is strictly prohibited. Suspicious linked accounts will be investigated.

Personal and birth information provided is processed in compliance with the AstroPine Privacy Policy solely for delivering requested services.

Registered users can access approved astrologers through Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Scheduled Consultations, and Reports subject to astrologer availability.

Rates (per minute, session, report, or package) are displayed prior to confirming paid consultations. Users must review prices before starting.

Payments must be processed exclusively through official AstroPine gateways. Direct payments to an astrologer's personal UPI, bank account, or QR code are prohibited and should be reported.

Users must communicate respectfully. Threats, abusive language, sexual harassment, extortion, or discriminatory behavior will lead to account restrictions.

Transmitting malware, obscene material, unlawful content, or fraudulent payment info through AstroPine is strictly forbidden.

Astrological consultations represent interpretive analysis. AstroPine does not guarantee specific future events; users remain responsible for personal decisions.

Astrological discussions concerning legal disputes or litigation do not constitute professional legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer when needed.

Market astrology content is educational commentary and not guaranteed investment advice. Financial decisions remain the user's responsibility.

Astrological observations on elections, weather, or global events are not official alerts or scientific forecasts. Rely on competent government authorities.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Submitting fake, extortionate, or malicious reviews to harm astrologers is prohibited and moderated.

Users may report abusive behavior or off-platform payment attempts through official support. Knowledgeably false complaints violate platform rules.

Refunds (for technical errors or unfulfilled consultations) are governed by the AstroPine Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subjective prediction variance is non-refundable.

Automated and manual security monitoring is maintained to detect payment fraud, security threats, and policy violations.

Accounts suspected of payment abuse, security breaches, or harassment may be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

Repeated or severe violations (fraud, harassment, illegal content) will result in permanent account suspension or termination.

Users may request account deletion. Information required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained in accordance with law.

AstroPine branding, software, AI digital avatars, reports, and graphics remain the exclusive property of Krishanambari Ventures LLP.

Users may receive promotional updates with opt-out mechanisms available. Critical transactional/service notifications will continue to be sent.

AstroPine may update this policy to reflect operational or statutory changes. The latest version displays its Last Updated date.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to consumer protection statutory rights.
